Setting up pre-authorized payments

Signing up for pre-authorized payments is easy! Your bill is automatically withdrawn from your chequing account or credit card every month, which means you don't need to remember to pay your bills, and they'll always be paid on time, which means no late charges

To set up pre-authorized payments:

  1. Log in to your Self Serve account.
  2. Select View my bill.
  3. Select Manage pre-authorized payments.
  4. Choose a method of payment
  5. Enter the details of your payment method and select Next.
  6. Review your payment information and select Submit.
  7. Done! You'll get a confirmation email from us. It’ll take one full billing cycle (one month) for the changes to take effect.

Heads up:

If you're setting up pre-authorized payments using your chequing account, you'll need your transit, institution, and account numbers. You can find these on a cheque or through your online banking.
