Is a protection plan different from a warranty?
All new Koodo phones come with a manufacturer's warranty; however, a warranty covers less than Device Care Complete. You can find out more about warranties here.
How can I activate Device Care Complete?
You can purchase Device Care Complete from any Koodo store within 60 days of purchasing your phone. You can also add Device Care Complete when purchasing a phone online through the Koodo website. If you purchased your phone more than 60 days ago, you will no longer be eligible for Device Care Complete.
How can I remove Device Care Complete?
You can end your protection plan at any time by visiting a Koodo shop, by logging into Self Serve, or by contacting us. If you choose to end your plan, your phone will no longer be covered for physical and liquid damage or for lost/stolen incidents.
