Registering for Self Serve

Registering for Self Serve is super easy and only takes a few minutes. 

How to set up your account

When you activate or renew your phone, an email will be sent to you from the store or call centre to set up your account. 

  1. To complete your registration, go to your email inbox and open the email we sent you.
  2. Enter your Koodo phone number.
  3. Create a password.
  4. Choose a security question and answer.
  5. You're all done! You can now access your Self Serve account.

Giving others access to your Self Serve account

If you want other users to log in and manage your account, they can go to Self Serve to set up an account. 

  1. Go to the Self Serve login page and select Register now.
  2. Enter your first and last name.
  3. Create a password.
  4. Choose a security question and answer.
  5. Choose the phone number we'll send your authentication code to.

Heads up

  • You'll need to get approval from the account owner - usually the same person who pays your phone bill - before they authorize you as a user. Once they approve your request, then you can log in.
