Just so you know
An expired account state means your account is still active, but services are temporarily suspended because you did not top up to renew your account
You’ll need to contact Customer Service for assistance, if you’re switching to Public or if your account status is in any other suspended state, such as blacklisted (fraud), lost, or stolen
If you want to switch to a carrier outside of the TELUS network, this process can’t be applied; you’ll have to talk to your new carrier.
