The Legal Stuff
1. Available only for existing customers adding a new line to their account on a rate plan greater than $45 ($40 for residents of Quebec). Additional line is eligible for a $10/month credit for 24 months, provided the additional line remains on an eligible rate plan. Offer cannot be combined with any other code-based or bill credit offers. Credit provided is discretionary and includes applicable taxes.
How do I add a line with Koodo?
Log into Self Serve.
Pick “Phones” or “Bring Your Own Phone” from the “Shop” menu, and click the following to add a line:
Add either the phone or SIM card to your cart and enter your promo code in the “Promo code” text box — some don’t have validation codes, but if you received one, enter it now.
Follow the rest of the steps to proceed to Checkout. Once you see a screen with your confirmation number and you’re all done! Sit back and wait for your new phone and/or SIM to arrive!
Please note that new customers can add a line right now in-store, or by calling 1-833-838-2818. Or, simply wait 45 days to be able to add a line online.
