The Internet Code of Conduct
Effective as of January 28, 2020
The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has created the Internet Code so that customers of Internet services are better informed of their rights and responsibilities contained in their contracts with Internet service providers.
Effective January 31, 2020, the CRTC has introduced the Internet Code of Conduct. To learn more about your rights as an Internet consumer, visit the
