Got a Q? We have the A.

Prepaid province-wide calling

Province-wide calling means you can make outgoing calls to any number within your home province. Plus, you’ll receive all incoming calls across Canada regardless of the province they’re from.

If you’re travel to another province, you can make Province-wide calls while you’re there. You’ll still receive unlimited incoming calls. But you won’t be able to call your home province while travelling and will need to get a Booster add-on.

For example, if you lived in B.C.:

Making calls Receiving calls
Unlimited outgoing calls to any phone number in B.C. Unlimited incoming calls from any province in Canada and from any country.

And you travelled to Quebec:

Making calls Receiving calls

Unlimited outgoing calls to any phone number in Quebec.

You won't be able to make outgoing calls to any other province, including B.C.

Unlimited incoming calls from any province in Canada and from any country.

Making calls to destination outside of your home province

You'll need a Canada-wide Talk Booster add-on to make any calls outside of your home province or to any U.S or international destinations. Plus, our Booster Add-ons don’t expire after 30 days, as long as you have an active base plan. Booster add-ons can be purchased any time by logging into your Self Serve account.

Good to know

  • Booster add-ons are available with province-wide plans.
