Every CPO device is inspected by an experienced Koodo technician and given a grade based on its physical condition. The grades are:

Like-new: These are pretty much brand new devices minus the brand new price.

Great: They’ve passed every test with straight A’s but may have a small scuff or two. 

Very Good: Apart from a few small bumps and scratches, these are perfectly good devices that won’t let you down.

Regardless of the grade, every CPO device must pass the functional inspection where we test the device's body, camera, screen, buttons, audio/vibration functions, software, battery and network connection.

  1. Koodo does not offer service on a 5G network. All 5G-capable phones available from Koodo are compatible with and can take full advantage of our largest coast-to-coast 4G LTE network. 
  2. If you cancel your service or if Koodo terminates the Agreement in accordance with the Service Terms, any Tab balance plus the Tab Bonus balance (subject to any applicable adjustments) becomes due and payable. All other charges owing to Koodo for use of the service will remain due upon the termination of this Agreement. The remaining Tab balance and Tab Bonus balance will be calculated based on an equal monthly reduction over a 24-month period.

To ensure consistent quality for all CPO devices, each one is thoroughly inspected and only the best ones are selected. Each device is then given a grade of either: Like-new, Great or Very Good.
